Games Built for the Fifteen-Minute Window
Not every game needs to swallow your whole evening. Some of the best mobile titles are built for the gap between things: a bus ride, a coffee line, five minutes before a meeting.
Coin Strike is my current go-to here. Levels are short, restarts are instant, and I can put it down mid-session without losing anything. Nitro Verge works too, since a single race fits neatly into a break.
The trick is finding games that don't punish you for leaving. Anything with timers or a long startup ritual fails this test fast.
If your gaming happens in small windows, look for instant resume and bite-sized objectives. Those two features matter more than fancy graphics for this kind of play.
